PRESIDENT/OWNER

VINCE CORONA

Vince was one of the original partners that started Creative Cuisine in 2001. In January of 2007, he bought out his other partners to become the sole owner. Vince has 40 years of industry experience including working internationally, in private clubs and at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Vince is a former Army Officer and served 7 years in the Adjutant General Branch.

Eddie Villegas

Chef Eddie is the newest member of our team who was previously the Executive Chef at Texas Land & Cattle. Chef Eddie brings a new and fresh approach to menu planning who the latest culinary creations blended with timeless culinary favorites. He also has a wide range of ethnic and regional foods in including Halal and Latin.

SALES MANAGER

Misty Ruger

Misty has been with Creative Cuisine from the beginning and can assist you in creating any kind of event anywhere. Her extensive work with corporate clients, non-profits and schools has given her the experience to be able to assist you with all your event planning. Misty is an active participant in local professional organizations makes sure your event will incorporate all the latest trends to ensure that “wow” factor for your group.

Alfonso Ayala

Alfonso’s background includes management at hotels and private clubs. As part of the original staff, Alfonso has directed events as small as a VIP dinner for six to a three-day outdoor event serving over 3,000 guests for each meal. Alfonso is a member of the International Catering Association.

Beverage Manager/Sales Manager

Garrett Corona

Garrett is the newest member of our team; his previous experience includes bar management and three years with Eataly. Garrett is currently working on his Sommelier Certification, Level 1. He is also a member of ILEA Dallas and will begin work on his CSEP Certification.

ARTEMIO FLORES

Artemio has been with Creative Cuisine from the start back in 2001. Starting as the Chef Garde Manger handing all the cold prep. Artemio was also part of the Creative Cuisine team that went to the 2002 Winter Olympic in Salt Lake City. Artemio worked in the kitchen while servicing the International Olympic Committee and Sports Illustrated. As Creative Cuisine has expanded, so had Artemio’s skill set and he now an invaluable part all day to day kitchen operations.
